This is part ritual and part discussion that will help to dispel myths, clarify questions, ask what is 'appropriate' and talk frankly about race. The goal is to help anyone from the curious to the serious claim or reclaim these uniquely American forms of 'craft'. We will end with a ritual to divine our ancestors in a traditional 'Gine Yoruba' rite of Vodou from Haiti that is found in many ATR (African Traditional Religions).
