Joy Marie Wedmedyk
Joy Wedmedyk (Iyalocha Omi Lasa) has studied Mediumship, Divination, Symbolism, and Shamanism for over 40 years. She is an initiated Yemaya priestess in Lucumi Orisha worship, a Kontoumble Shaman (Burkina Faso, Africa), and a Ganji initiate of the Wolf Clan of the Seneca Nation. Joy is an accomplished Medium and Shamanic healing practitioner. Joy’s new book, Heart of the Elder: Good Elders and their Influence, co-authored with Lillith ThreeFeathers, was released in August 2018 (Megalithica Books). Joy was a quoted source for Drawing Down the Spirits by Kenaz Filan and Raven Kaldera (2009) and is a contributing author for Walking the Path of the Ancient Ways by Corvis Nocturnum (2012) and Calling to the Ancestors: An Ancestor Devotional by Timothy Schnieder (2015).
